These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 50AIDM platform (“50AIDM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use 50AIDM, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2. Nature of the Service

50AIDM provides educational content, tools, and access to third-party advertiser offers such as CPI/CPA app install tasks and other performance-based campaigns (“Offers”). We are not a bank, investment service, or employment agency. Any rewards or payouts you receive are based on valid completion of Offers as confirmed by third-party partners.

We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money or any money at all when using the Service.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Not create more than one account unless explicitly permitted.

4. Registration Fees & Digital Products

50AIDM may charge a one-time or recurring fee for access to training, tools, or premium features (“Membership”). Any such fees are for digital services and content, not for the right to earn income.

Once access to digital content is granted (e.g., dashboard, videos, materials), fees are generally non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Offers, Rewards & Payouts

• Offers are provided by third-party advertisers and may change or be removed at any time without notice.
• Earnings are credited only for valid, non-fraudulent completion of Offers as reported to us by advertising partners.
• We may review, adjust, or reverse earnings where fraud, misuse, or tracking issues are detected.
• Minimum payout thresholds, payment methods, and schedules may be updated periodically.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use VPNs, proxies, device emulators, or automated tools to complete Offers.
• Use multiple accounts or identities to gain unfair advantage.
• Manipulate tracking, app installations, or user data to generate artificial conversions.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform’s security features.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, training materials, and other elements of the Service are owned by 50AIDM (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that all tracking and reporting will always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 50AIDM (Pvt) Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the total amount you have paid to 50AIDM in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or posed a risk to the platform, advertisers, or other users. Upon termination, any pending unpaid fraudulent or disputed earnings may be withheld.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
